0:42.7	It's 4 o'clock in the morning.

0:55.9	lifting weights a little too hard. Certain muscles are sore. That dull ache isn't from disease, it's from health. Getting healthy. Another New Year's
1:07.8	resolution. Reminds me of the old president at my alma mater, a guy who actually shut down the school's football program.
1:17.0	He said, yeah, sometimes I feel like I should exercise.
1:20.6	Whenever that happens, I lie down until the feeling goes away.
1:25.0	But I am of a different school of thought. I am of the healthy body, healthy mind school.
1:32.0	I get out there and run, I get out there and put in the work. I like
1:36.9	the feeling of the heart racing, the sweat coming down, the muscles burning the pain and the gain
1:46.7	You know it's good for you just like eating well just like not smoking. We know these things. And yet, we have big problems. We age, we go through

2:16.6	stupidity out of our world. And that was sort of what happened to me last night.
