Today we are going to be talking about Chef Rush again.

So if you saw my video, but a week ago at this point, I did a video called Chef Rush Exposed,

where I basically reviewed the men's health video that showed him explaining his 10,000 calorie

diet, you know, doing 22, 22, 22nd, 22 pushups a day,

his big workout on top of that, the nutrition he needs to support that, his supplementation,

and most notably his complete absence of sleep. So the guy sleeps for two hours a night.

And if you saw the thumbnail,

you know, he does claim he's all natural all over the place. This is a post he made. I don't

know how long ago it is now. All natural out of the horse's mouth. L.O.L. The truth is I wasn't,

if I wasn't, I wouldn't mind telling. So not only is he saying he's all natural, but he's also saying it's not even just about that he doesn't want to talk about it to like negatively influence people.

He's actually saying that if he was in fact unnatural that he would come out and just say it.

And, you know, a bunch of articles picked that up obviously.

And, you know, he's been very, very outspoken about being natural but he's at least

mentioned it once so he's at least mentioned it before so anyways in the men's health video

i'd recommend checking that out if you want the backstory on the more elaborate kind of response i

have to his you know what i consider to be essentially a psychotic

regimen that is impossible to follow. And self-admittedly, he, you know, went on to elaborate

on how this is not a sustainable regimen either in his response video, which he did a

live stream response. He actually commented in my comment section.
