I gotta say, one of the things I'm most happy about is that I started doing this podcast.

Sometimes people are like, how many podcasts do you have, like, 12 podcasts?

But this podcast allows me to have long-form conversations with people that I really want

to talk to.

And it's so different than, you know, your mom's house, which is a fun, but crazy, you

know, clip show and a comedy show.

We always try to, we try to be reckless and irresponsible and silly on it.

And then, you know, two bears, one cave, which is just a listening experience for me.

This is a place where I get to reach out to people I go, I've always wanted to talk to

this person.

Literally, that's what we do.

We sit down and we go, who do you want to talk to?

And I've always wanted to talk to Jose Andres.

At first, it was just because, look, I like to eat.

I mean, I love great food.

I love great restaurants.

And he is a legendary, you know, like award-winning.

This is a top-tier world-class chef.

And like that, in and of itself, is fascinating.

You know, to talk to somebody with that skill and that experience.

On top of that, the guy is so philanthropic and charitable and really an outspoken advocate
