I hurt my elbow weirdly playing, well, playing disc golf, trying to throw the disc as hard as I could.

And I think there's a form to it where you don't have to hurt yourself.

But then I wouldn't be putting as much effort into my throw.

As hard as you can is something you shouldn't do anywhere.

So, and I threw to, I went discolving too many days in the week,

so now I have to taper back on my elbow
