Today was day 12 of Trump's criminal trial, and it started with yet another hearing on his repeated and pretty flagrant at times violations of his gag order, which was put in place, of course, because he can't seem to help himself

from attacking the judge, the jury, or potential witnesses. Today, Judge Juan Marshan ruled that

Trump violated that order for the 10th time. This time for comments he made during an interview

late last month when he attacked the integrity of the jury that will determine his fate.

The judge again found Trump in contempt of court,

and he fined the ex-president another $1,000,

bringing the total fines up to $10,000.

And Judge Marchand said he was prepared to go farther.

He warned that if Donald Trump does not stop violating his order,

he'll be left with no choice,

but to consider jail time as a punishment.

But Mershahn made it very clear. He does not take that threat lightly, calling it a last resort.

victim of a two-tiered system of justice. His campaign is even fundraising off of the possibility

that he could be put in jail. So in his mind, that would only keep him able to make the argument

that he is the victim of the system. But for all of Trump's whining about a so-called rigged system against him,
