Today is really, I believe, a special episode.

It's rare when I see something and I actually reach out to a total stranger because of

something that they have posted on social media, bless me and maybe has changed my perspective

on the meaning of the word grief. I want y'all to welcome someone that I'm like, we should have known of this man long time ago.

But the way God is set up and the way his timing and set up, I believe the timing is even more perfect for me to introduce to you medical physician whose specialty is family practice. He is a physician in the

And thank you so much for reaching out to me. Absolutely. Absolutely. Your story touched me.

There are three medical doctors in my family.

And to me, they're my heroes, right?

But it made me stop and say, wait a minute.

They're heroes, but they're human as well, first and foremost. And you went viral off of a video that you posted on the

anniversary of your first wife's death. And I like how you said the story didn't end there

because you have since remarried, right? We'll get to all that soon. But you posted this video about grief on the anniversary of her death.

And I reached out to you and just wanted to have a conversation because a lot of people also reach out to me as a release to grief and loss.

And you've dealt with both.
