Hey, sis. Okay, so it is me popping in with what I would consider an emergency session.

So like many of you, I have gone through the past couple of days, feeling sad, feeling angry, feeling pissed, feeling rageful, disappointed, hopeless, just to name a few.

Because y'all friends have elected Donald Trump to be president again.

Like, how did we really get here again?

So if you remember shortly after, V.P. Harris, once she was named the candidate,

I did a quick session talking about the concern that I had.

And I feel like in my gut, I felt like, oh, this might not go well.

But because I saw Black women rally, that made me feel better.

It made me feel hopeful.

And so I think, like many of you, I was also fooled into thinking, this might be the time that

there is no better person who could be the person to take the presidency at this time.

And so now I am sitting here like, how could I have been so foolish?

So I am wrestling with those feelings again, as I am sure many of you are,

and just not really sure, like, how to pull it all together at this point.

And so I just wanted to pop on to let you know that whatever you are feeling is completely

valid.

So all the disappointment, the anger, the rage, the what the Fness, like all of it is

And so I know that there will be some action to take for us to take care of one
