year since you talked last? Yeah I'm good so a lot's happened a lot's changed on the

performance front with the team and obviously a lot's changed behind the scenes as well with any other

has, hasn't it? Yeah, well let's, I tell you what, I mean we're going to great depth because obviously it's all over now, but let's talk a little bit. Let's say some context to talk about the last season because I think when we talked around about a year ago everyone was on a high really the

women's team had finished second in the WSL qualified for the Champions League or

at least the Champions League playoffs to get into the Champions League possibly.

And then we had a season where Skinner's team finished fifth,

we've knocked out the Champions League in the first round, but won the

F8 Cup. So if you were summarising the season, how do you feel about it?

I think without that FAA cut win, I would say a disaster is a fair word to use. The cut win doesn't stop the disaster word being relevant but it signals the first major

trophy on the honors list it was redemption from the season before especially having not Chelsea out in the semi-final

and then beating as in last year's FA Cup. So it's a huge positive to win the FA Cup to get another day at

Wembley and win so convincingly against Spurs who

also knocks city out on their road to the final. But then the League form leaves huge questions to be asked.

It's extremely concerning.

On paper, we, despite the players we lost last summer, on paper we still had a very strong

squad but we just didn't cut it at all in the league this season.

Yeah it was interesting wasn't it because the campaign started with the whole series of draws and I think we're

all looking at it going, hmm, performances aren't quite up there, but it'll get better and it didn't really,

it was kind of inconsistent from the start to finish.
