It's called Opportunity Gap. How to Support Kids of Color who Learned differently and is all about kids of color who have ADHD and other common learning differences.

The host, Julian Savadra, is a father of two and an assistant principal in Philadelphia who has spent nearly 20 years working in public schools.

Julian talks with parents and experts in every episode and offers tips to help you advocate for your child and connect with them.

I checked out a few episodes of Opportunity Gap and I immediately felt more empowered as a mom because of Julian's insights.

My favorite was an episode about how to make the most of the

drive home from school convo. Y'all know how it can be. How was your day? Fine. Julian gave some

prompts that I've been using and it's made the time with my kiddos even better. And frankly,

most of the episodes are under 30 minutes making it really easy to get good insights quickly.
