| 1:00.0 | And there's quite a bit of interweave between what gets talked about in the intros and then what the conversations are. |
| 1:03.4 | Sometimes the reason I'm reaching out and talking to different people is because I want |
| 1:07.2 | to have conversations about some of the things I'm mentioning in the intros and |

| 1:12.5 | Well, some years back, I started doing a year-end check-in where I would give myself permission |
| 1:22.0 | to not have a guest, and I would just sit here in front of the mic and spout out for a while, |
| 1:28.2 | reflect on everything that had happened over the last year. |
| 1:33.1 | And then I started adding a few more when there were different milestones that happened |
| 1:40.1 | or significant events occurred that I wanted to mark on the show. |
| 1:44.4 | Like, I'm going to do a check-in because this has happened and I want to discuss it. |
| 1:50.1 | And that happened almost two years ago. |
| 1:54.3 | In July of 2024, I did a check-in like this because I decided to take a commercial lease and open a yoga center in my neighborhood. |
| 2:06.8 | And I was launching a fundraising campaign to help me do it. |
| 2:12.2 | And I did a check-in where I talked all about why I was deciding to do it and why I was asking for help. |
