So very interesting guest today because I'm a huge radio fan, as anyone that listens, knows.

And as an Opie and Anthony fan, I was kind of groomed to hate this guy, even though I didn't really know a lot about him.

I didn't know a lot about you, Chauncey Hayden, but I was groomed to hate you.

And then I actually saw

an interview you did, I think somewhat recently. I was just scrolling around YouTube. And I was

like, oh, this guy's just a gossipy little gertie like myself. He just likes to shit on radio, you know.

Did you feel like you got that a lot? Yeah. Well, you know, both opening Anthony and Howard

Stern back in the day,

that's what they would, they would create characters.

It was like the WWE.

So it didn't matter what kind of person you were

or what your real personality was like.

You know, they would develop characters.

And if you wanted to be on the radio, either you played ball or you didn't, you know, they would develop characters. And if you wanted to be on the radio,

either you played ball or you didn't, you know. So I took on the villain role without being Anthony and later on with Howard Stern, because I found it worked for me better than than trying

to, you know, shove my nose up everybody's butt, trying to get on the air.

I enjoyed, I enjoyed the hate, if that makes any sense.

Like, I liked it.
