This was a point of contention in the old Commando Radio Ranch because Barry didn't

understand why we didn't need to have a landline.

And I said to him, nobody needs a landline anymore.

Why would we need a landline?

And he said, no, just for safety sake.

So I went ahead and said, okay, we'll get a landline.

We paid for it in a year, and I said, how many times have you answered it or used it when it was not a robocallor?

So we finally got rid of the landline. Thank you. And here's a startling stat for you.

More than 73% of all Americans don't have a landline. They just rely on their cell phone. So if you only use your cell, listen up. Research from the National Health

Interview Survey says that people who cut their landline are more likely to engage in binge

drinking or risky behavior or going without health insurance. People who have landlines,

they are likely to be homeowners and home bodies. Now, the states where people are holding out

ongoing wireless, the two biggest ones, New York and Maryland, they love their landlines. And speaking of,
