0:07.0	The Welcome back to Nomad Podcast. I'm Tim Nash and this is Joy Brooks. Hello. It's five months since we did an episode together, Joy. It has been a while, hasn't it? I'm assuming I did something wrong.

1:24.6	But yes, I did go to Greenbelt, which I feel quite proud of myself because not only
