Another hot day today I'm talking to you from? From where? From Osaka, Japan, right? No, wrong? Not from Osaka. I am in Hong Kong. Right now. I am looking at Hong Kong Bay.

Looking at the water of Hong Kong Bay and across the water, the big skyscrapers of Hong Kong Island.

The main part of Hong Kong City, well there are two main parts.

There is Hong Kong Island,

and then there's the bay,

and then on the other side of the bay in English what we say is Caloon which is on the mainland side and they're separated by the bay so there's a subway that goes under the bay connecting the two. There are also some boats, some ferries.

Hong Kong is crowded. I'm not sure, I have to get on the internet and look to see.

My guess is that Hong Kong is perhaps the most densely populated place on Earth, meaning it has the most people in the smallest space.

I might be wrong, maybe it's midtown Manhattan is similar very very crowded packed with people into a small area

There might be another city that's more crowded but I can't think

of one not one that I've been to. Of all the places I've traveled in the world

this feels the most densely populated.

Because in Hong Kong, everything, everywhere, high-rises or everything everywhere

tall buildings.
