You were very interested in those tournaments. I was just telling you, my mind's much. I'm already

forgotten who I went to see in March. March Madness. You know, it's good to stave off

dementia and Alzheimer's. Eight hours of sleep a night. Yeah, probably. Well, that too.

Sleep and water. Yeah. That was gotta be something else you can call that. Coffee, coffee,

sauna, sauna, sauna use. Yeah, scientifically proven. Well, this is anecdotal. No, there's

actually a study that was done in the 80s about a bunch of different things. It's days off.

Well, that's how, I mean, sauna has been around for hundreds of years. It's not a new thing. Sure.

What about just hot showers? Really hot showers? Does that work a little bit? I think it would

have an effect, but I think you got to be in there like 15 minutes. Are you in there that long?

Yeah, I love long hours. I think a hot steam shower would be pretty good. Yeah.

Pulled your water, Bill. I'm surprised you let all that water. Yeah, what are you doing? I

think I'm in my shower less than I turned it on to let the good steam go in. Yeah, it's probably

on more when you're not in it. When I'm not in it because I'll shave before. So I'll like turn it

on. I'll turn it on and I'll go to the bathroom and then I'll shave. Oh, you got the water. Just

pouring out and just hosing your water. Absel while you're shaving your face. Yes, because I want to

get in there. I want to get in there when it's nice and hot. You guys are aliens. I'm not going in

there when it's cold. Don't understand this. No, you want to heat up your shower. Then you go in.

I'd probably I guarantee his is on longer than mine, but I do turn it on before. I was just I've

been scarred by $1,000 water bills in the past. I can't not let that pass. Yeah, but how did that
