Not a bad song, Diane Warren, and it's for a cause, a cause that you can't in no way discern

from the lyrics. This song is fighting the Yulin Dog Meat Festival.

It's officially the Yulin Leechy and Dog Meat Festival, but the Leechy part usually gets dropped by the protestors, hard to mobilize people around the idea of saving the Leechy's.

Now I was ready to castigate the anti-dog eating activists as Western centric,

was waiting into the morays of another country dictating terms.

What about the Rohingya? You could always do that thing, right?

They put their emotional responses before facts of how ancient cultures have lived for centuries.

Then I found out that the Yulin Dog Meat Festival started in 2009,

an expert's bonafide Chinese born and living researchers point out that the animals are slaughtered, pretty haphazardly, quite cruelly, really dangerously.

There's a real chance that disease will spread, so I am now saying that there is no way I am giving any stars to the Yulin Dog Eating Festival on Yelp.

We all are looking for hope somewhere with love.

There is of course no Diane Warren song about the four Alligators euconized, a good death.

For these Gators, in the service of finding that poor two-year-old who was dragged into the lake at Disney, they couldn't x-ray the Gators, they couldn't test the Gators' feces.

I guess it's just because Gators are extremely unsympathetic animals.

In fact, if there were a leechee and Gator Meat Festival, the Savileechee sentiment would, in fact, get more sympathy than the Gators.

Now let's go to India where there are some very rare lions, ageatic lions. There's about 400 of them.

And a couple have attacked people as people have encroached on the lions, territories, as the summer heats up and workers lay outside.
