Hello and welcome to the game theory podcast offseason preview series where we dive deep into every single NBA teams off season.

The second of these offseason previews will be much shorter than the Lakers one, unfortunately, for Hornets fans.

But the Hornets just have less to do this off season.

So we're going to talk about the Charlotte Hornets. Bryce, you're here. We're going to talk through what's happening. How do you feel about what happened with the Charlotte Hornets this season? Because I am extremely excited about their future. Yeah. I mean, I think one of the best stories of the season in the NBA, I know they didn't end up getting out of the play in and into the playoffs, like a lot of

people thought and maybe predicted.

And I think would have been really fun to see kind of what they were able to do in a series

and what that would look like for different players.

But you had con canipal setting rookie three point records.

I thought we had an incredible year from Lamello Ball. I mean,

I know you and I call that out all year long as guys who have questioned Lamello Ball at times

throughout his career and how he impacted things. And I thought, we thought it was in a tremendous

year from him and highlighted the defensive impact.

With Cade and Luca ending up eligible for all NBA. we thought it was in a tremendous year from him and highlighted the defensive end with kade

and luka ending up eligible for all NBA yeah i ended up with lamello is my first cut for all

NBA this year it was a tremendous lamello ball season yeah and you know i think even brandon

miller like eventually i'll have to want to pull his splits and talk about those at a certain point. But, you know, he got things going throughout the season. I think there's a lot of fun things to talk about here in terms of what happens with Kobe White. I have my thoughts on that that I gave at the deadline whenever the move happened. Do you feel good about the center rotation or do you think that needs upgraded?

So we'll get into those things.

But I think the most important thing is you have a nice young core here of a few players.

You have two draft picks right around the middle of the first round.

And then you have some decisions to make around those.
