It's been a really hard past couple days, I think for everyone at Catholic vote. I think especially for us here in the Loopcast.

So it was right after the show.

We learned of Charlie Kirk being assassinated.

And as of this morning, there's a suspect in custody.

And so the plan for this show, and again, apologies, it's just, yeah, I've been a little bit emotional.

So I'm going to try my best with a lot of this stuff.

We want to cover all angles.

So what we know about the suspect currently in custody, about the manhunt itself.

We'd like to provide somewhat of a tribute to Charlie Kirk and his work, some of his highlights, bring it up.

And I think end on hopefully a positive note, you know, where do we go?

How do we pick up the microphone here and what this event really means for everyone that expresses

their views publicly and is trying to change the culture?

And I think in a very similar mission here, Catholic vote.

And so first off, just I'd ask, pray for the pose of the soul of Charlie and for his family, especially as two young kids, his wife, everyone involved there.

So Spencer Cox, governor of Utah held a great press conference this morning.

I thought I'm not going to be able to explain any better than what's going on.

So the suspect, Tyler Robinson, is now in custody.

I'm just going to share right from Spencer Cox.
