go bags and extra water and everything else i'm 12 hours due south of the canadian border so uh all of that

is only really somewhat ingest um and so you and i have talked a fair bit um just in the last

few months about what we've seen. Let me ask you this.

It seems like that the Trump administration started really fast in its ugliness. Then it sort of

had a lull like in late spring. And now it's just taken off like a shot again. And as you said right

before we went live, the death of Charlie Kirk, you know,

people have called it a Reichstag fire moment or crystal knocked or whatever, but it does seem to

have spurred a whole bunch of different things that maybe Trump and his crew would have done

sequentially, but now they're all doing simultaneously.

Yeah, it's, you know, what's funny is that really political assassinations, that really is the road to hell for a working democracy.

And when you're looking at what's going on right now in America, if you look at the killing of Charlie Kirk, it's so brutal.

It's very hard to get your arms around.

What's interesting, though, is the aspersions of blame to an entire group of people when it came from one radicalized young man.

And listen, you know, what's incredible about this read is that it's very difficult when you have something so horrific happen to overreact on the downstream effect, but that's exactly what MAGA did.

And now you have like Jimmy Kimmel, you have Sinclair calling for him just now.

I don't know if you saw this read Reed, to pay restitution to turning point,

federal investigations for free speech. This has to be a fight that we take on dearly.

And it's incredible that, Reed, we're putting to a position, me and you and so many people,
