Charles Malcolm Allen Jr., who went by Charlie, was born on April 26, 1985 in behavioral Massachusetts,

a town about an hour north of Boston that sits right on the border of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Charlie was born to Anne and Charles Allen Sr., and was the middle of three children joining an older brother named Brendan.
