That is why he is coming to us from his dental office in Kentucky. On a serious note, Charlie

Adelson, who's a former friend of both of these gentlemen. He is the wealthy

South Florida periodontist who managed to allude justice for nine

plus years in the 2014 killing of Florida State law professor Dan Markel. He was convicted a couple of weeks ago of first-degree murder and other serious

charges. His sentencing is set for December 12th. He is all but certain to face the rest of his natural life in state prison saying that makes my

palm sweat even more than the deep cleaning I just had on my upper and bottom teeth which is what Jay Lipoff's lovely wife does the

dentist and the hygienist would be the name of their podcast but I feel good man I got that

plaque off exactly one week after Charlie's conviction

Donna Sue Adelson is arrested here in Miami trying to flee the country via Dubai to Vietnam. It was a no-go. They let her go through the jetway. She thought she was in the clear.

Lo and behold, they arrest her. They seize her cell phone and I think that is very, very

frightening news for Wendy Adelson in particular. It is my belief, no one else is, that she has something to do with this and I think the authorities are on to her and it will be a matter of time.

I had Ruth Markel on the show on Wednesday, It's a double-edged sword because she's also the mother of the kids Benjamin and Lincoln and of course Ruth Phil and Shelley's

Ruth and Phil's grandchildren and Shelly's nephews and so what would happen if Wendy is ever indicted or faces a trial.
