is headed back into the courtroom as they await.

As they await the reading of the verdict,

as is Katie Cool Lady, who is also set to join us but if you are just tuning in from

around the world around the globe around the universe. A verdict has been reached in the Charlie Adelson trial.

Two amazing experts here, one who specializes in criminal defense.

That would be Tim Janssen, the famed Tallahassee defense attorney.

And the other is Richard Gabriel.

Tim Jans, to you first, being from Tallahassee,

the hometown boy, what does it say to you that three hours

after they left for lunch, roughly three hours, and then they had to have lunch.

So two hours in, they've got a verdict.

It sounds like it's a prosecution verdict.

I would not think that you're going to get 12 people to agree on an acquittal on all of these charges within that time frame.

I just don't see it.
