No matter how you look back on it, the summer of 2011 left an indelible mark on Liverpool Football Club. The first summer

window for new owners, F. S. G. saw a hive of activity in the market with a taste for both the

new and the old. With club legend Sir Kenny Dalglish at the helm,

another former Ed's forward returned with Craig Bellamy rejoining from Man City,

while the arrival of a 21-year- old Jordan Henderson from Sunderland perhaps offered an insight into the

direction the Reds were now heading.

Welcome along to Blood Red, I'm Guy Clark and here on the channel we've recently been catching up with another of the summer

arrivals from 2011, Charlie Adam.

Coming up over the next 20 minutes or so we'll talk to him about his move to Anfield playing

under Sir Kenneydale Gleesh, as well as his views

on a couple of those in the current squad.

That of course includes his views on Jordan Henderson, as well as his former Scotland teammate

Andy Robertson, before telling us what it would mean

to see the Reds end their 30-year wait for a league title.
