Now that Joe Biden is the presumptive nominee for the Democratic Party for President in 2020.

We can start taking a look at some of his policy proposals, which are found right on his website.

One that I wanted to talk with

you about is his proposal, his plan, to move to what he says, a quote, 100% clean energy

economy. He's also pledging net zero emissions, both of these by 2050, so 30 years. Let's kind of define those terms.

What are those things mean?

What clean energy economy, net zero emissions?

I think really those are buzzwords.

They're pretty undefined, especially clean energy economy.

That one really is a buzzword.
