I'm doing great. Thank you. How'd it be here? How you guys doing?

I'm doing great.

Doing all right. So uh, you're getting ready for the draft next Thursday. Obviously this year has been a little bit different than in the past in terms of draft process.

Not that you would know any different because you're getting drafted this year and not in the past. What has this process been like for you so far?

Uh, it's been a very interesting process. Um, I mean on one hand, it's um, they have heard just from past guys like what the process is supposed to be like.

And so missing out on things like the combine and going out of the team's facilities. Um, is one thing, but it's still really cool. Like, I don't think anything for granted.

Really, I mean, it's like being able to talk to teams like, I mean, the calls get kind of tedious after a while, but at the same time it's like, dude, like I'm on the phone to Chicago Bears. Like, that's really cool.

So I'm saying things one day at a time and just controlling what I can. So, you know, it sounds like let me just pull this quote real quick. Jack, it sounds like the Bears are going to draft you based off that answer.

No, that's, that's what Abe likes to do. He likes to try and get, he likes to try and get the main quotes out of you. But, uh, you grew up, you know, around where you actually went to school. So did you grow up a particular fan of a team and we also saw your basketball player. So how do you end up choosing football?

Yeah. So I'm ready to go about watching a football fan. Um, what you know,

yeah, that's everyone's reaction to that.

But, um, I mean, yeah, it's really cool. It's like, I was a decision-b all talking to watching a football team and I was like, holy smokes, like this is crazy.

Um, and so that's just been pretty cool. And then, uh, when I went from basketball to football is, I mean, basketball is my first love. I transfer high schools in hopes of getting a basketball scholarship.

And then, uh, after our after my sophomore year, our football team, which was not very good. We got like a new field, new facilities, new jerseys, new everything. And so I went to the opening game and my best friend.

He had the game winning pass break up fourth down on the goal line to win us the game. And I kind of just got the football fever. So I asked our coach after the game if I could join the football team. And he said, sure, I'm going to play about six or seven games that year.

Um, and I started here from a few teams after the season. And then, uh, about three or four games into my senior year for junior off of this scholarship. And there was only team to offer me a football scholarship. And I had a couple basketball scholarship offers, but they're from really smaller schools.

So, uh, I mean, with the academics in the ACC, I chose Virginia. Let me get this straight. You played football in high school for six or seven games and then started getting scholarships.

I just got a couple like calls and interest to that. Regions always keep offering me a scholarship. Right, right. There's no reason to be humble about it. My point is you only played six or seven games of football in like your life before getting offered a college scholarship.

I played like I played like little league up until like sixth grade when I quit because I hate football. So you're just so you're just a free athlete. More, more was just tall. More importantly, who is your best well player comp?
