But without further ado, I fear there's so much that we need to catch up on because life has been lifing for the both of us.

And I'm sure for everyone else.

But this week specifically, I know everyone's on the edge of their seats.

Let's briefly talk about Love Island because we need to dissect that show.

No, we have to. You know, you're in the whole world like, yes. No, it's popping. Do you not, like, do you not think it's like the craziest concept ever? It was when you told me that it was filmed, like, sort of live. Yeah. That's what blew our mind. At first I was like, I didn't get the hype of like a dating show.

Yeah.

But yeah, like that changes the dynamic a lot for me. And like, that's really cool. I don't know. It's pretty crazy. You think it's cool. I think that's a lot more pressure. Yes. For like the cast. And obviously the production crew has figured it out. they have made a system work for that, but that's such a quick turnaround.

Yeah.

But I also feel like with that, that also like, because you know how we film ours like

months in advance and then we have like this whole brief time period before like it actually

airs.

But like for them, I feel like the audience, that's why it's such a popular show now, is because, like, the audience almost has, like, they're involved in it. Like, they hold stakes in the process. And, like, can somewhat kind of, I don't know, actually, if that works, if it works that way, but, like, determine kind of the outcome of what actually happens. Yeah. Because, like, you know, like, they're probably reading comments. Like, I mean, this is probably the most active fan base. And it's insane. Oh, wow. They're insane. Sorry. And I mean that with love, but Love Island fan base is crazy. Yeah. I'm still getting initiated, by the way. So, like, that's why I'm like, but I'm getting locked in the season. Yeah, we watched the first episode. Yeah. Even my cousin who, like, that's why I'm, like, but I'm getting locked in the season.

I get the appeal. Tell them what you were saying, because I tried to get him to watch last season. And that was the one with like O'Andrea, Nick, hooda.
