A mother in Arkansas spent nine months telling anyone who would listen that she was going to die.

Charity Bialis went to a state senator. She posted on social media.

She shared statistics about strangulation and murder.

She wrote publicly that the prosecutor wouldn't take her letters and that the system was protecting her abuser, a local doctor who had choked her in front of their six-year-old twins.

On December 2nd, a judge awarded that man joint custody, and December 3rd, charity and both children were found

shot to death. No arrests have been made as of yet. The Secret Service and Homeland Security

have joined the investigation of the doctor's first wife. She also died from a gunshot wound

back in 2012. Wow. World of suicide. Evidence there, the family is asking for that to be looked at a little closer

uh in light of recent findings um again no one's been charged so i got to say that the doctors

maintaining his innocence saying you know i'm grieving this is horrible blah blah blah so what the

hell's happening here?

Former FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffin'affer joining us to discuss.

Jennifer, when you look at the timeline here, the strangulation in February, custody awarded

in December, three people dead the next day.

What does your investigative instinct tell you about what happened in that house?

You look at those three things and you answer those three questions.
