Rishi Sunak's Rwanda Bill may have survived its third reading in the Commons,

but the Tory party has been in total turmoil in a weak riven with rebellion.

Dozens of MPs defied the party line to vote for amendments to the Prime Minister's

big bill, including 60 for Bill Cash's amendment on dodging international law.

And despite a furious whipping operation, 11 MPs still voted down the Rwandan bill last night

with 18 more abstaining.
