So one of the things that you talk about that I find to be the most compelling is the idea

of charging at your fears. And I've done this a few times. There have been periods of my

life where it's like any thought I have that's scary. I'm going to act upon that thought.

And it's actually gotten to the point where like I'm going to pick up a kid. I have the

thought that it's going to be really hard to climb up to the top of that mountain because

we're surrounded by mountains and I have these random thoughts. And then I'm like, well,

no, I thought I'd have to do it. Get to kid home, go back, climb up the mountain. My

wife's like, where the hell are you? We have dinners ready and you're nowhere. You're at

a cell service up on some random hill in the in Glendale. And there is something so
