I'm making all of these wonderful teas with citrus and shaved orange peels and slowly simmering them and getting them

just dried and ah, drinking them all and let me tell you something I've discovered something

that's very interesting.

Did you know you could get high as a fucking kite off nutmeg?

I'm just going to let that percolate for a second.

Were you aware of that one?

Because I sure a shit wasn't.

I've been making these teas and I've perfected my pumpkin spice tea.

It's very, very, very good.

And unlike the pumpkin spice that you get when you buy it from a store or something,

there's no sugar in mine.

The war against sugar is going very well, thank you very much.

I don't win it every day, but I do win more weeks than not.

The war against sugar, it's a battle of attrition,

and I intend to win it as best and as long as I can.

So my pumpkin spice contains no sugar whatsoever.

It is orange, not because of pumpkin, but because of turmeric. So I put a lot of tamaric in my teas
