| 0:43.0 | determined that this time these changes will stick. Later, maybe it is a few hours, maybe |
| 0:48.3 | a few days or even weeks, mental resistance enters. You start to feel physically unable |
| 0:53.4 | to avoid sugary soda. You can't muster up the energy to go to the gym and you feel compelled |
| 0:58.3 | to send a certain X, a quick text message to check in. The mind starts to scream at you |
| 1:02.8 | with convincing stories to keep you and your familiar life. With please like, you deserve |
| 1:07.2 | a break. The body joins the mind with feelings of exhaustion and heaviness. The overwhelming |
| 1:12.4 | message becomes, you can't do this. Now I know from my own personal experience and |
| 1:19.2 | experience working with others, how much this truly resonates on a deep level where |
| 1:24.8 | we're stuck in this, well the word stuck is the first thing that comes to mind. In this |
| 1:29.8 | cycle of starting and stopping again, maybe creating a new pattern, making a choice to |
| 1:34.0 | change, beginning it one day and stopping the next and finding yourself sort of in this |
| 1:39.3 | endless cycle or endless loop that then induces this self-doubt and this self-same which |
| 1:44.4 | actually creates more mental resistance for us to begin. I know Nicole, in your many years |
