Chantel George had a plan to go to law school. Then, she found out she was good at sales. Really good. In fact, she became one of the best sellers in the tech world. Chantel’s experience learning how to turn a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’, asking tough questions, and challenging the status quo convinced her she needed to start her own sales community. So in 2017, she started Sistas in Sales, the largest global organization for women of color in sales. 1:30.8	Before she founded Sisters and Sales, Chantal worked in sales teams at big companies like Yelp and LinkedIn and at startups like JustWorks.
1:39.4	But as she progressed in her career, she realized there were very few black women in sales and that there wasn't enough education for black and brown women about how lucrative sales could be.
1:49.8	So in 2017, Chantal founded Sisters and Sales, the largest professional network for black and brown women in tech, media and corporate sales.
