this episode dates back to December 2018.

It features a conversation with Shepard Hudwin, where we talk about channeling the

Michael teachings. Shepard channels an entity called Michael. He's been channeling Michael since

1986. He also does intuitive readings, mediumship, past life progression, healing,

counseling and channeling coaching.

He's the author of several books on the Michael teachings and spirituality.

You channel Michael, and could you tell us who is Michael?

Michael is the name given to a group of souls who work together as a soul family from what we call the causal plane.

They first came to a small group of friends in Oakland, California in 1973, who were channeling at a Ouija board. And they began to bring through extraordinary information

that explains how we as eternal souls set up our series of lifetimes as humans here on Earth.

It explains so much about why we are the way we are and why others are different from us for

very good reasons and how we can stay more in the positive sides of our traits.

How is it that you came to be channeling, Michael?

I had been working with inner guidance for many years. I had been in daily communication with my
