In this episode, I’m joined by Stephanie Banks, an author, intuitive channel, coach, speech-language pathologist, lactation counselor, a doula, and environmental protector. She helps her readers and clients recognize their own powerful internal voice of wisdom and learn to trust that voice for guidance. Through the practice of meditation, yoga/exercise, time in nature, play, prayer/mantra, healthy eating/lifestyle, and time with her family and friends, Stephanie achieves balance, joy, and inner peace (most days).
In this episode, Stephanie shares the difficult experience that led to her uncovering her gift. She also shares the concept of guides and how they are always there waiting for us to ask for help. Additionally, Stephanie shares her views on the impact of the presence and her connection to plants.
