1:20.9 | What thoughts do is they trigger emotions and sensations in the body, and it's that |
1:27.5 | somatic experience that drives the behavior. |
1:32.3 | The truth of that, you might need to investigate for yourself through paying attention to your |

1:38.6 | But chances are what you will see is that you have a thought that moves to the mind that |
1:44.9 | says, I want that, I want that cookie, I want to do that, I want to talk to that person, |
1:53.7 | and it's not that thought that drives you to that action, it's what that thought brings |
1:58.9 | up in the body, the chemical cocktail, hormonal cocktail that it triggers and it creates |
2:04.7 | a feeling and then that feeling pulls you or drives you or fears you away from something |
