He has mastered the art of creative finance, subject to deals, commercial real estate and building a portfolio of rental properties utilizing the BRRRR strategy. He now coaches investors to get wins with their finances the same way he trained fighters to get wins in the cage. James has reinvented his identity and found peace to thrive in the new chapter of his life and he details the journey in this fresh interview as we talk to James Krause the real estate investor and business consultant.
