But my goal is kind of to change how people see real estate investors as a whole.

Okay. What would you say the average person would say they think about real estate investors?

I mean I hang out with real estate investors so I think everyone thinks they're cool.

From the clients perspective this guy is a shark trying to you know just get my house

for nothing. Right. And that is what we have to deal with with every appointment.

People have that kind of doubt about us.

But if you can come into these situations

where people need help the most and you can treat people with dignity

and be fair with them and of course make a profit but at the same time care

about their long-term success all of a sudden the conversation becomes you know real estate investors

they want to make money yeah but they're they're pretty good people so that's

what I'm trying to create with the niche movement,

a whole community of people nationwide that can help any person

across the nation, whatever list they're on,

and be trained to treat them well, no matter what situation and so that's kind of the goal is to create that

movement to where real estate investing the name has changed a little bit the way

we're seeing.

Got it.

Yeah, you know, it's interesting because I haven't gone on appointments

in a long time, but, you know, when I was going on appointments I would present multiple options, but I would also if

push came to shove I would literally show them what I'm going to make.

I'd be like, all right look you want 300,000 for the house, okay? I'm not debating with you. It is worth 350, okay? But here's what's going to happen if I buy it at 300.
