Deepka is a vibrant, charming, inspiring woman to say the least.

She's a South Asian beauty entrepreneur whose career took off after a video went viral of her using red

lipstick to cover dark circles under her eyes. A trick specific to her skin tone, which

instantly resonated with millions of people.

Growing up in Texas, she was a far cry from her blonde hair blue-eyed peers and

spent years dyeing her hair and wearing contacts. So of course it became

Deepka's dream to see women who look like her represented in the beauty industry.

She became a beauty blogger and while going to school and working started live

tinted as a diverse online community which after just a year became a clean

vegan cruelty-free beauty brand.

This was such a fun conversation.

I just absolutely fell in love with her and I cannot wait to see what her future holds.
