But tell us a little bit, I know you have a background on a bunch of different things. I know we talked about you already doing some Jiu-Jitsu and some martial arts, as well as obviously nutrition and fitness, but give a 30,000-foot view of how you came into the fitness and nutrition industry.

Fitness and nutrition. Fitness, I've always, always, always wanted to be active. I was like a decent level soccer player, soccer football UK and through injuries fell away and drifted a little bit in life and it kept coming back to me.

jumped into YouTube and what a platform to arrive 2000s and it really motivated me and I started to explore my options and then once I started to study with what I wanted to do as in fitness, I thought it was fitness.

That was what I thought my path was, but the more I went into it, the more I realized that the nutrition side of it is huge, huge part of our lifestyle, let's say, rather than just fitness or something that we do to make things better. It's just, it's part, everyone eats on a daily basis, so why not fix that?
