And welcome to the February edition of the spinoff, where Joe, AJ and I gab about the evolving

TV business and what keeps most executives and producers and writers up at night.

This month, the Winter Olympics are going to dominate the Nielsen ratings, but the hot

topic actually is going to revolve around what happens at 1135 p.m.

It's another edition of the Late Night Wars, as NBC undergoes, yet another transition in that day part.

And this time they hope it's a little smoother than last time.

It's also that time of year when shows that are straddling between renewal and cancellation

give it one last shot at securing another season on the air. So those are the hot topics this

month, Late Night, the Olympics, and Bubble TV. So let's kick things off with late night, guys. So

on Thursday, February 6th, Jay Leno is set to say his farewells on NBC's The Tonight Show.

Then Jimmy Fallon takes over on February 17. Will Smith and you two are his first guess.

And also, that means with Fallon leaving late night, Seth Myers is taking over the renamed Late
