Miles, could you start just by maybe giving us a little overview of your background?

How you ended up at the State Department, how you ended up over at Hudson, that would be awesome.

Well, I've been in this earth for several decades now, so story could be long, could be short.

I came originally from China in the mid 1980s during the Reagan years.

I believe Reagan would have been a very strong Federalist.

And I then went to school here in this United States and I came to an office

Maryland or got a job at the service academy.

And then I think you know, when during the 2016 election and I was pretty much like

taken by the opportunity for a new direction for China policy.

So I was contacted by Mr. Pompeo when he entered the State Department and he just got me there to be his
