because any time you step out your front door, you are outside, and you're interacting with nature. Similarly, it's my hope that out there can help

you probably picture an athletic, able-bodied person in their 20s or 30s.

They're probably summiting a mountain or paddling down a raging river or skiing a snowy peak.

They're wearing high-tech clothing. They're using fancy gear.
