But for this week, our topic is change.

So first, we'll take a swim after dark and a deserted lake the day before high school starts.

After that, we'll have a late night run with the Lady and White in our new apartment.

It was the last day of summer, and my two best friends, Grace and Lacey, were headed to the lake to go for a swim and cool off.

They came to collect me at my house, but before I could grab my swimsuit and towel, my mom came and shut the door on my friend's faces.
