All right. What's going on, everybody? My name is Danny Morel, and I'm excited right now. We just got off of our

weekly sales meeting with everybody at the company, and I'm just kind of moving on in here into a public

meeting that we're about to have here in our group called Real Estate Empire Builders. If you're new to

the group, the purpose of the group is basically to elevate you in your real estate sales career.

And today we're going to do that by introducing a new friend of mine who has done some incredible, incredible things in both the real estate and technology space.

Ryan, I like to say welcome and welcome you to the Real Estate Empire Builds. How are you doing today?

I'm good. Thank you, Danny. I appreciate the warm welcome.

Yeah, absolutely. So tell us, where are you quarantined right now?

You know, right now I'm in my home in the Hollywood Hills.

And I can't complain at all. You know, it's a blessing to be here.

And I've set up an environment where I have pretty much everything.

You know, I have musical instruments, I have a basketball court in my house, I have a gym,

like I'm in a great place right now.

So those people out there that don't have such an environment, my empathy goes out to you right now

because I know the quarantine is not easy for everyone.

You know, it's interesting, I feel the same. I've got everything I need here as well. And it was kind of interesting.

I was speaking to a group from New York yesterday. And my heart went out to them because some of

those spaces over there a little bit tiny. Yeah. So I'd be a little bit custer forward right now.

So definitely. Well, you know, Danny, so I told my story far and wide. I grew up in L.A. and I was a juvenile delinquent. I was in that of foster care and even went to juvenile hall for a period of time. So nothing's worse in jail. So like you can't put me in any situation that I have. I can't overcome. You can put me in a small cell and I figure out how to make it through a month, two months, five months, whatever it takes.

I love it. I love it. Well, that's called resiliency, right? That's called being relentless. So why don't we start off with this? Tell us a little bit about your story. Take us back. Where did it start?

Yeah. Well, so I started my life in the middle class. My dad was an engineer in

Southern California, worked in the aerospace industry, and then he got addicted to drugs, and we lost
