And today, we want to talk about and consider how we can change our mood by changing our music.

There is no doubt music is powerful.

There is no doubt, not just what we see, but what we hear while we see what we see impacts the experience.

I was thinking this week about how different movies would be if the soundtrack was different, if the score was different.

Think about some of the iconic movies.

I made a little list of some of the movies that would just be so different if you took the soundtrack away.

Think about Alfred Hitchcock's classic Psycho.

If you didn't have that, it would just change the experience.

If you, in fact, there's a little hack, if you're ever scared in a movie, don't close your eyes, just close your ears.

It takes the scaryness away if you mute a movie that's frightening you.

How about the bodyguard?

This is supposedly the number one best-selling soundtrack of all time.

And of course, it's because of Whitney Houston.

And I will always love you.

Yeah, right? She had a crush on Kevin Costner before Yellowstone.

Amazing.

I think about Donnie Darko. Super creepy, right?

All around me are familiar faces.

Mad world.

If you don't have that music, it just changes the whole thing.
