It's well, yes, we totally are long-winded in,

have trouble getting to the point.

We have a lot of trouble with it.

So we thought we'd pop in here and just give you a little heads up about what today's

episode is going to be about and I have to say it's a really good one.

It really is because we always talk about nature and culture and how the culture does this and it takes us from our is We talk about how culture is not the boss of us

spoiler alert the culture is not the boss of us. No, we have so much power and it can be so thrilling to look at the power we have

when we put ourselves into the cultural equation.

So that's what we're talking about today.
