Hi, my love. Welcome back to the Purpose Show podcast. Today, I want to talk about something

that's just been really present with me. Literally today, I am very like impromptu hitting record

right now. I was actually supposed to do a podcast interview on someone else's show

right now. But last minute, they had something come up and they canceled. So I'm like, okay,

well, I've got some dopamine flowing from doing a little workout and I've got some stuff on my mind.

So let's just record an episode for my girls. So, okay, I've been thinking about how you could have the same situation, like nothing

changes situationally, but bring a different energy to that situation and you're going to get

completely different experiences.

So examples. Let's do a food and like diet example.

Let's say that you go to the doctor or like an allergist and you find out that you are allergic

to dairy and you need to cut it out to see like how that changes in your body you could be

in my opinion i've had to cut out a lot of different things over you know in the past trying to

figure stuff out with myself and in my opinion dairy is the worst and hardest thing to cut out

and so that's my mind went there but you could could be like, oh my God, this sucks.

And that mindset, that energy is going to carry with you into that experience.
