| 1:39.8 | psychological truths, one of just the realities of human experiences |
| 1:44.2 | that change is first experienced as loss |
| 1:48.8 | or perceived as loss, right? |
| 1:51.8 | All change is perceived initially to be loss. |
| 1:58.0 | It's really worth taking a moment to ponder that because that's really helpful. |
