All right. I think we are live now. I am testing actually the live feature because tomorrow

I'm planning on using it in an interview if I can figure it out. It's been a while

since I've done a live feature so it looks like it's working. I'm on my phone

right now looking at YouTube and it's coming up and so I never announced it I know this

is more of a test than anything else but if you are online and you happen to

We'll start here with a video that just came out yesterday afternoon. I guess it was recorded in the morning

from the village church in Texas. I want to talk about this because it's being talked about a lot of places and I think there are some

implications or some things that we can draw from it. So this is Matt Chandler who is

the pastor of the village church no stranger to the conversations that matter

podcast because that's not Matt Chandler that's that's Dr Russell Fuller

we'll talk about him later but let's see if I can get there Matt Chandler this is and you can see even

where I stopped this video the worried look on his face it's just it's sad I there's so many different emotions because for those who have been a subscriber to the conversations that matter podcast you've heard me talk about Matt Chandler before and we've talked about really how wokeoke he is mostly. I mean even in the book

Christianity and Social Justice that I wrote last year I use him as an example I

think at least once but I think twice as someone who just really has pushed this needle

not just to the political left but to in ways that are heretical theological

theologically he's added to the gospel. He has practiced

really what amounts to his own form of partiality at his church. He has,

his ethics have been off. He has misdiagnosed social ills because he's reading them through this this standpoint epistemology lens that he thinks gives

him special privilege.

We've talked about him many times.

There's been many examples out there and here he is and it's just sad I think partially for me because I've seen all of this it's like a train that you know is going to go off a cliff and it's just it's sad when it finally does and this may be that moment. I'm not sure but
