As we move closer and closer to the AFC and the NFC championship game, my head is spinning. I'm out in LA now. I started the week down in New Orleans and I'm going to be in should be back in Nashville to watch Sunday as the Titans go up against the chiefs and the Packers go up on the road against the 49ers and as we start kind of inching towards that game. We'll talk a lot about today. We'll talk a lot about it tomorrow. Kind of giving you a road map.

Of everything as we kind of get ready for Thursday and Friday in advance of the big games on Sunday. One of the things I like to think about is who has the most at stake. Right. And I might come at this a little bit from a different perspective than others, but I think about the championship and pursuing an AFC or an NFC championship and a Super Bowl.

Based on how often are you going to find yourself there. And when I look at these teams right now, I think the Titans have way more at stake in this game than the chiefs do. Let me explain why the chiefs were in the AFC championship game last year.

They came within a D4 to lining up on sides correctly from being in the Super Bowl last year against the Rams. It's hard to get to the Super Bowl for most teams, but Patrick Mahomes is not like most quarterbacks. I'm not saying he's going to Tom Brady and play in nine Super Bowls in his career.

But I do believe that he is going to be in many of them in the next decade, right. I get what's done me if you gave me let's say the next 12 years. And if the chiefs weren't going to be in at least three Super Bowls in the next 12 years, that would very much surprise me.

And three might be low, right. There's certainly going to be in the AFC playoffs almost every year, I believe. That's just how good Patrick Mahomes is. So I think they are almost always going to be there. The Titans.

I just don't know how often they're going to be in this situation. It's been 17 years since they were in an AFC championship game. And even with the run that they have made right now.

Do you know where the Titans are for next year Super Bowl odds 50 to one right now even sitting in the AFC championship game.

One game away from making the Super Bowl and playing for it. According to the most recent odds that were put out. I'm counting right now the Titans. By the way, Kansas City Chiefs right now are the favorite to win the Super Bowl next year, which goes to my point about them being in the mix kind of every year.

The Baltimore Ravens are at eight to one. The San Francisco 49ers are at eight to one. Green Bay is down at 20 to one, right. So if you count there, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.

The other three teams that are in the mix to potentially win the Super Bowl in the final four here are all top eight contenders for next year to win the Super Bowl.

The Titans are 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, the 23rd most likely team. According to odds makers to win the Super Bowl next year. Now that can be considered.

A bad number you might be like I'll take the Titans at 50 to one. But ultimately everything is a function of probability and likelihood that you are going to find yourself on that doorstep again.

And right now the Titans by far I believe have the most at stake if you believe those odds makers because the likelihood that they will find themselves back in a position such as this in the next year or even the next couple of years is relatively low according to odds makers.

Whereas the Kansas City Chiefs while yes, you don't want to lose back to back aFC championship games with Patrick Mahomes so long as he stays healthy, you're going to be knocking on the door for championships for years to come.

Same thing according to odds makers with the San Francisco 49ers who are the favorite to represent the NFC again next year. And as long as Aaron Rogers is there, then I think he can be considered a contender alongside the Packers as well.

So I think that the Titans have by far the most at stake. Now you could spin it another way you can say, well, Andy reads never done it Patrick Mahomes has never done it winner the Chiefs going to going to finally knock down the door.

I'm not concerned about Patrick Mahomes winning a Super Bowl. Yes, if he loses this game, some people will say when his Patrick Mahomes ever going to get it done.

He's won multiple playoff games already now. He's been in two straight AFC championship games. He's going to get it done Titans, not sure they'll be back here anytime soon. So if you're a Kansas City Chiefs fan, you should take pity on me. Go ahead, be kind. Let us go to the Super Bowl because we may never ever get to do that again.

I'm 40. It's possible. I die before the Titans get back to the Super Bowl. Second most at stake, I believe is Aaron Rogers because there's a big difference between winning a Super Bowl and becoming a multiple Super Bowl winner.
